| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, Toronto, ON. Prizal Records (Press Release) - October 1st, 2012 Prizal Records is set to release the highly anticipated studio album, ‘YEAR OF THE FIRE' by Toronto metropolitan area songwriter, producer and artist; Rule Fire. YEAR OF THE FIRE (YOF) will satisfy new audiences and fans alike who have followed Rule Fire from day one. The album features powerful anthems and intimate ballads, led by Rule’s signature voice and personable and likable lyrics. The first singles, 'Real Gad', 'Searching' and 'Why You Don't Love Me' are featured and produced by Prizal Studio. This full production sees RULE FIRE at his best. Rule collaborated with rising talents including Toronto’s own, Marlene Harvey and Ruddy Bent, among others. The songs on YEAR OF THE FIRE are anchored by Rule Fire’s powerful vocals, and are sonically broadened by heavy drums, reggae beats, electric and future sounds; which give the album an evolved, distinct modern-day feel. Fundamentally surreal, anarchic and touching; YOF tell a tale of brilliant virtuosity and spirituality that uplifts and amazes, while mystifies and touching the senses. In February, Rule gave fans a sneak peek to new music on the album while performing for a packed house to the booming anthem track ‘Mission’. Prior performance schedules saw, the artist promoting ‘Searching’ and ‘Midnight Oil’ in the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area (GTA). A full track listing has being selected by the producers and will be available for sale shortly.
